Facial Treatments
Five ways to treat the face, all physician directed. Some work the muscle underneath. Some work the skin on top. Which one you need depends on what is actually changing.
EMFACE®
Lift and tone without a single needle involved.
EMFACE treats the skin and the muscles underneath it in the same twenty-minute session. Radiofrequency stimulates collagen while HIFES contracts the facial muscles that hold your features in place.
EMFACE® is a registered trademark of BTL Industries Inc. Device images are used with permission.
Commonly Treated
Loss of facial tone · Fine lines and wrinkles · Softening jawline definition · Brow heaviness · Mild skin laxity · TMJ dysfunction · Jaw clenching · Jaw muscle tension
Treatment Facts
Appointment length: About 20 minutes
Course of treatment: Series of 4 sessions, spaced 5 to 10 days apart
Results appear: After the second or third session, with continued improvement for about 6 to 12 weeks after the last one
Downtime: None
Sensation: Warmth, plus rhythmic muscle contraction
No Needles, No Downtime
Nothing is injected and nothing is cut. Most patients leave and go straight back to their day.
Muscle, Not Just Skin
Thousands of precise contractions per session strengthen the facial muscles that support your natural structure and contour.
Collagen Support
Synchronized radiofrequency warms the tissue beneath the surface to encourage collagen and elastin to remodel.
Four Treatment Areas
Dedicated applicators fit the forehead, cheeks, eyes, and under the chin, so each session can be planned around the areas you want to address.
Important Note: EMFACE is not offered here as a standalone cosmetic service. If your evaluation points to jaw dysfunction, hormone changes, or something else driving what you're seeing, your physician will address that alongside the treatment.
EXION® Face
Warmth that works on the lines around your eyes.
EXION Face combines radiofrequency with targeted ultrasound to heat the skin and prompt collagen remodeling. It is cleared for periorbital wrinkles, the fine lines that form at the outer corners of the eyes.
EXION Face® is a registered trademark of BTL Industries Inc. Device images are used with permission.
Commonly Treated
Periorbital wrinkles · Crow's feet · Fine lines · Uneven skin texture · Mild skin laxity · Perioral lines · Neck · Décolletage · Submentum · Hands
Treatment Facts
Appointment length: 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how many areas are treated
Course of treatment: Series of 4 sessions, spaced 5 to 14 days apart
Results appear: Gradually over 4 to 12 weeks as collagen remodels
Downtime: None. Redness and mild swelling can last 2 to 24 hours
Sensation: Deep, steady warmth, adjusted to stay comfortable throughout
Warmth, Not Needles
Nothing punctures the skin. The applicator glides over the treated area while the tissue underneath heats up.
Built Over Four Sessions
Results accumulate rather than arriving at once, which is why treatment is planned as a short series.
Pairs With PRF
When PRF is used to add volume, EXION Face is often layered over it to support the skin above. Learn more about PRF Therapy.
Cleared For The Eye Area
Its clearance is specific to periorbital wrinkles, which is the area where the evidence is strongest.
Important Note: Energy is set by treatment area and adjusted to your feedback during the session. Tell your provider when it gets too warm. That feedback is how the setting gets dialed in.
EXION® RF Microneedling
For texture and scarring that surface treatments never reach.
Fine needles carry radiofrequency energy below the surface, to the depth where acne scars and enlarged pores actually sit. Needle depth and energy are set for the area treated and for your skin type.
EXION RF® is a registered trademark of BTL Industries Inc. Device images are used with permission.
Commonly Treated
Acne scars · Enlarged pores · Fine lines and wrinkles · Uneven skin texture · Surgical and traumatic scars · Stretch marks · Mild skin laxity
Treatment Facts
Appointment length: 45 to 60 minutes, including numbing time
Course of treatment: Series of 2 to 5 sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart
Results appear: 4 to 12 weeks, building with each session
Downtime: Redness and swelling for about 24 hours. Tenderness can persist up to two weeks
Sensation: Topical numbing beforehand. Heat and pressure during
Numbing Comes First
A topical anesthetic is applied before treatment starts, then removed and the skin cleaned and dried.
Depth Is Adjustable
Needle depth is chosen for the area being treated, from very shallow on the face to deeper on the body.
Plan For A Few Days
Synchronized radiofrequency warms the tissue beneath the surface to encourage collagen and elastin to remodel.
Skin Type Matters
Exion radiofrequency (RF) microneedling is generally safe and effective for all skin types and tones (types I to VI) when performed with customized settings.
Important Note: Plan around this one. Makeup goes back on 24 to 72 hours later, scrubs and exfoliants wait a week, and daily sunscreen is required until the skin has fully settled. Not a lunch break appointment.
EXION® Clear RF
A short reset for tone, texture, and clarity.
Clear RF places a grid of tiny, controlled treatment points across the surface of the skin. It works on the top layer rather than at depth, which keeps the recovery short.
EXION Clear RF® is a registered trademark of BTL Industries Inc. Device images are used with permission.
Commonly Treated
Uneven skin tone · Sun damage · Superficial pigmentation · Rough texture · Enlarged pores · Dull skin · Post-acne marks
Treatment Facts
Appointment length: 20 to 30 minutes
Course of treatment: Series of 2 to 5 sessions, spaced 2 to 6 weeks apart
Results appear: Within a few weeks, improving across the series
Downtime: Redness for one to two days, sometimes light flaking
Sensation: Brief heat with each pulse
Surface, Not Depth
The energy stays in the upper layers of the skin, which is what makes recovery fast.
Two Days, Not Two Weeks
Most redness settles within about 48 hours, which makes this the easiest EXION treatment to schedule.
Laser-Like, Without A Laser
Radiofrequency produces a similar controlled injury to a resurfacing laser, using energy rather than light to do it.
Layered Into A Plan
Often used between deeper treatments to maintain clarity rather than as a one-time fix on its own.
Botulinum Toxin
Softening expression lines without freezing the expression itself.
Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau all work the same way, by temporarily relaxing the muscles that create dynamic wrinkles. The differences are in onset, spread, and where each performs best.
Commonly Treated
Forehead lines · Frown lines · Crow's feet · Bunny lines · Lip flip · Gummy smile · Chin dimpling · Downturned mouth corners · Platysmal neck bands
Treatment Facts
Appointment length: 15 to 30 minutes
Results appear: 2 to 5 days, developing fully over about two weeks
Duration: Approximately 3 to 4 months
Downtime: None. Stay upright for about 4 hours and skip strenuous exercise that day
Sensation: Brief pinch at each injection point
1) Chosen For You, Not By Default
Your physician selects the product based on the area treated and previous history.
2) Preventive Use
Treating earlier, before lines set into the skin at rest, is a common reason patients start.
3) Quick Appointments
Most treatments take a few minutes, with little to no interruption to your day.

All three are neuromodulators that relax targeted muscles. The right one for you depends on the area being treated, your prior response to treatment, and what your physician recommends after examining you.
Other Treatments
The regular upkeep that makes everything else work better.
Not every visit needs a device. Peels, exfoliation, and microneedling handle the day to day condition of your skin, and they make the results of the larger treatments hold up longer.
Commonly Treated
Acne · Post-acne marks · Congested pores · Dull skin · Hyperpigmentation · Uneven tone · Rough texture · Dry or dehydrated skin · Fine lines
Treatment Facts
Appointment length: 30 to 60 minutes
Frequency: Most patients return every 4 to 6 weeks
Results appear: Immediately for facials and dermaplaning. Over several weeks for peels and microneedling
Downtime: Little to none
Sensation: Ranges from relaxing to a brief tingle or sting
BioRePeel
A biphasic peel for tone, texture, and clarity. Most patients see little to no visible peeling afterward.
Dermaplaning
Gentle exfoliation that removes dead skin and fine facial hair. Skincare absorbs better and makeup sits smoother.
Custom Facials
Thirty to sixty minutes to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate. A facial perfectly matched to you.
Microneedling & PRP
Controlled microchannels stimulate collagen. Adding your own platelets brings growth factors to the same area for regenerative support.
Medical-Grade Skincare
What you use at home decides how long results last.
Medical-grade skincare uses clinically tested, high-purity active ingredients at concentrations retail products cannot offer. After a procedure, it helps the skin recover faster, protects the barrier while it heals, and extends the results you paid for.
We carry Hydrinity, a regenerative, medical-grade line that fits the way this clinic treats skin.
Faster Recovery
Formulations that soothe inflammation, reduce downtime, and calm irritation more effectively than standard retail products.
Fewer Complications
High-purity actives and broad-spectrum protection minimize the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and scarring.
Barrier Protection
Specialized ingredients rebuild the delicate skin barrier after lasers, microneedling, or surgery.
Protects Your Investment
Caring for healing tissue means you get the maximum benefit and longevity from your treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions
What patients ask before their first treatment.
If your question isn't answered here, ask it during your consultation. Nothing gets scheduled before you understand what the treatment does and what it will not do.
-
That's what the consultation is for. Muscle tone and jaw tension point toward EMFACE. Fine lines around the eyes point toward EXION Face. Scarring and texture point toward RF microneedling. Expression lines point toward a neuromodulator. Most plans combine two, sequenced so they support each other.
-
That's the point. Treatment plans here are built around your facial anatomy and how your muscles actually move, not a template. Botulinum toxin is dosed to soften lines while preserving expression, and EMFACE works with your existing structure rather than changing it.
-
All three are neuromodulators that relax targeted muscles. They differ in how quickly results appear, how far the product spreads from the injection site, and which areas they suit best. Your physician picks based on the area being treated and your response to previous treatment.
-
EMFACE is FDA-cleared for temporomandibular dysfunction, including associated pain, muscle spasm, and maintaining jaw range of motion. Whether it's appropriate for your jaw depends on what's causing the problem, which is something your physician evaluates before recommending it.
-
It depends which treatment. EMFACE, EXION Face, and neuromodulators have essentially none. EXION Clear leaves the skin red for a day or two. RF microneedling is the one to plan around, with about 24 hours of visible redness and swelling and no makeup for a day or more.
