Menopause Support

Hot flashes, broken sleep, brain fog, and mood changes. Care built around the stage you are in and the symptoms you have.

Menopause is normal. Feeling this bad is not.

Menopause is a normal transition. That does not mean the symptoms are something to sit through quietly. Hot flashes that wake you up twice a night. Sleep that never gets deep. Brain fog that makes work harder than it used to be. Joints that ache in the morning. Sex that has become uncomfortable. Women are usually told this passes, and most of it eventually does, but the average transition runs several years. Those years count, and there is usually something to be done meanwhile.

Care starts with figuring out where you actually are. Perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause call for different approaches, and the symptoms overlap with thyroid problems, iron deficiency, sleep apnea, and depression. So we take a full history, run the testing that fits it, and talk through what is bothering you most. Some women want their sleep back first. Some want the hot flashes gone. Some are most concerned about bone density and heart health over the next twenty years. The plan follows your priority, not a template.

Options run from lifestyle changes and nonhormonal treatments to hormone therapy when it is appropriate for you, and the decision gets revisited as things change. Nothing is settled in one visit. Schedule an evaluation and we will start with whatever is affecting you most right now.
